Tapioca Pudding

My daughter loves this stuff. She calls it “fisheye pudding”.

 

1/2 c. sugar

4 c. milk

1 tsp. vanilla extract

1/4 c. pearl Tapioca

1 beaten egg

 

Mix together well. Cook in double boiler, stirring

occasionally until tapioca is clear.
