IRISH POTATOE BREAD

Too easy for this collection. But it’s good.

3 cups Bisquick®

1 5oz. box of instant mashed potatoes

1 cup raisins

2 tbsp sugar

2 tsp caraway seed

2 cups milk

Mix all ingredients well. Mound into 9" greased cake

pan. Bake approximately 45 minutes in 350-375ºF oven.

Unlike true Soda Bread, this is a little moister and

great with butter or jelly and a cup of coffee.
