���� IRISH POTATOE BREAD

Too easy for this collection. But it�s good.

3 cups Bisquick�

1 5oz. box of instant mashed potatoes

1 cup raisins

2 tbsp sugar

2 tsp caraway seed

2 cups milk

���� Mix all ingredients well.� Mound into 9" greased cake

pan.� Bake approximately 45 minutes in 350-375�F oven.

���� Unlike true Soda Bread, this is a little moister and

great with butter or jelly and a cup of coffee.
